At Cultura Festival, the food vendors have come from all walks of life and diverse culinary backgrounds.  These local restaurateurs, owners, chefs, bakers and servers make up the fabric of our community and we want to honour their skills and traditions by heightening the food experience at our Festival.


Chifles on the Go

A fusion between authentic Hispanic flavours and North American street food. Featuring Colombian Sausage on a skewer with grilled veggies, wings on a stick and empanadas with salsa. Also featuring the signature snack of fried plantains.


The Saucy Pierogi

Toronto’s First Modern Pierogarnia. Featuring handmade Gourmet Pierogi including braised beef, pulled pork, Kimchi + Sauerkraut + Mushroom and the classic cheddar and potato


Liko’s Hawaiian Barbecue

Hawaiian Barbecue is a term used to stylize the Hawaiian islands’ plate lunch. A typical plate lunch consists of a meat entrée, 2 scoops of white rice and a scoop of macaroni salad. Popular meat entrées include kalua pork (a luau favorite), lau lau, chicken katsu, barbecued beef short ribs and a barbecued chicken leg.


Malaysian Kitchen

Malaysian Cuisine featuring Murtabak (a stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread) including vegetable, beef, fish and chicken options.


Sunshine Shakes

Cool down with delicious Shakes & Smooties made with fresh fruit right before your eyes


Mis Amigos

Central American Cuisine featuring a choice of Grilled steak, chicken and pulled pork with rice beans and salad.



Banjara

Serving North and South Indian meat and vegetarian dishes, salads and desserts.
